Role Overview
As the Brand Strategist & Creative Director at MyMindara, you will:
- Define, evolve, and protect the brand's visual language, tone of voice, and campaign architecture
- Create strategic brand campaigns that connect with customers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta
- Produce cinematic, story-driven product and lifestyle ads using advanced AI tools (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, etc.)
- Shoot, direct, and edit video content including:
- TikTok/Reel content (educational, product-featured, lifestyle)
- Product launch campaigns
- Founder-led and UGC-style content
- Direct or produce 3D, AR, and contemporary branded content using virtual environments and AI-generated effects
- Work with the founder to execute viral creative that builds community and sales simultaneously
- Ensure consistency across website, email, packaging, ads, and social platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the brand creative calendar
- Direct and produce weekly TikTok & Reels with a conversion + retention focus
- Translate product features into story-driven, hook-based videos
- Craft brand messaging that aligns with our neurodivergent, hormone-conscious, sensory-aware customer
- Lead art direction for photoshoots, AI-generated images, and product visuals
- Design campaign assets across email (Klaviyo), Shopify banners, and influencer decks

- Collaborate with performance marketer and eCommerce manager to ensure creative aligns with conversion goals
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years in branding, visual storytelling, or digital creative direction
- Experience building or launching wellness, beauty, or e-commerce brands
- Portfolio that shows strong TikTok/Reels work and campaign storytelling
- Proficient in AI tools like Midjourney, Sora, RunwayML, Canva Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of color psychology, visual hierarchy, and branding trends
- Experience working with neurodivergent or inclusive-focused consumer segments is a plus
